AGI-HOMO MIXER, a vacuum mixer emulsifier/homogenizer, was solely developed by PRIMIX Corporation drawing on its expertise as a specialist manufacturer of high-speed emulsifiers/homogenizers and dispersers. By combining the Homo Mixer MARK II, and paddle mixer, it is capable of emulsifying in a vacuum, and effectively dispersing highly viscous materials-thus making the AGI HOMO MIXER useful in a wide variety of industries such as the Pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries.

(Overview)

• PRIMIX AGI HOMO MIXER consists of a high-speed emulsifier/homogenizer/disperser and a paddle mixer for uniform kneading. The MARK II mixing section consists of a developed uniquely shaped turbine and stator.
• The speed of the turbine creates difference in a pressure between the top and bottom of the vessel. The pressure difference constantly pumps up processing material from the bottom of the vessel.
• By repeatedly passing the material though the gap between the turbine and stator, emulsification become uniform.

(Features)

1. Able of emulsifying and dispersing high viscosity and highly concentrated slurries and cream formulations.
2. Since the emulsifier/homogenizer/disperser is installed at low position, it is possible to prepare small quantities.
3. Heating/cooling temperature can be controlled with jacket.
4. A vacuum line allows emulsification under vacuumed condition.
5. The paddle mixer has a scraper that allows for efficient stirring and temperature adjustment.

2. เนื่องจาก Emulsifier / homogenizer / Disperser ถูกติดตั้งที่ตำแหน่งต่ำ จึงสามารถเตรียมปฏิบัติการในปริมาณน้อยๆได้
3. สามารถควบคุมอุณหภูมิความร้อน / ความเย็นได้ด้วยแจ็คเก็ต
4. ท่อสุญญากาศช่วยให้เกิดการ Emulsification ภายใต้สภาวะสุญญากาศ
5. ใบปาด Paddle Mixer มี Scraper ที่ช่วยให้สามารถกวนและปรับอุณหภูมิได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
