Exported a rotary leaf filter from Thailand to a sugar manufacturing company in South Korea
In November 2022, we delivered a new rotary leaf filter to a sugar manufacturing company in South Korea that has been using Tsukishima Kikai's rotary leaf filter for a long time. In this project, the client gave us various requests for specification changes based on their operating experience. We met those requests through design changes and improvements.
In addition, our quality control department supervised and inspected the manufacturing in Thailand.
As a result, we achieved delivery on time while ensuring quality that satisfied the client. Tsukishima Kikai's rotary leaf filter consists of a corrugated furnace plate with a filter cloth set inside a sealed filtration chamber and performs clarifying filtration under pressure through a filter aid.
It is used in many sugar factories in Japan and Asian countries.

Tsukishima Kikai has been serving in sugar manufacturing equipment and process since its establishment in 1905, and we have improved our technology.
